The Run for Windy
“Run fast… because you can!”

What: 5K fun run/walk for all ages $20.00 (includes a T-shirt)  400 meter kids run $15.00

Why:  Miss Julianne Windy, the former cross country coach/ track coach and Science teacher for Swan Valley High School, was involved in a serious car accident in June of 2007.  She is still recovering and making great progress.  It is the goal of the Swan Valley Education Association to continue “The Run for Windy”. The proceeds will be used to fund an ongoing scholarship in her honor. The scholarship will be known as, “Overcoming All Obstacles” and will be given to a Swan Valley Senior who embodies these principles.

  5 k Fun Run/Walk 10:00 a.m.
  400 meter kids run 11 a.m.
