Attendance:  This will provide a summary for the year as well as a detailed hourly list of absences.

  • Reminder:  students are required to turn in notes for every absence (regardless of whether a parent has called in).  If a medical note from a doctor's office is submitted, the absence does not count toward the five absences allowed per semester.  Also, a student's absence from the previous day may not be excused because the parent note has three days to be processed.

In the Grades function, you will have a choice to select Status Report or Assignments for each course.

  • Status Report will show you the grades for the term (marking period) that you have selected. As the year progresses, you may view all past grades by selecting Term 1-6 at the top left of the screen.
  • Assignments provides you with a detailed list of your student's scores.  Please keep the following things in mind when using the Grades function: The number of assignments given in a class varies depending on the class.
  • If your student disagrees with a score, please contact the teacher.  For example, if no score appears the teacher may not have graded the assignment and/or entered it into the system yet.

The My Account function offers the following options:

  • Preferences:  This function will alert you by e-mail whenever your student is absent.  If you wish to use this function, you are required to enter your e-mail address.
  • Change Password:  Self-explanatory.
